Four ways to work together
Nutritional counseling
01

Nutritional Counseling

One‑on‑one nutrition counseling, virtually in Texas. Sessions help you explore your relationship with food and your body, provide personalized nutrition education, and set goals that support your unique needs and recovery.

It begins with a comprehensive assessment of your history, eating patterns and goals, and an individualized plan built together. Follow‑ups build on your progress and adjust the plan as recovery moves.

The In‑Between

Support for the meals between the meetings.

Text, photos and voice memos with Maggie during support hours, for clients and caregivers. Added to any counseling session.

+$20 per sessionMon–Fri · 9 AM–5 PM CTReplies within 1 business day
How it works
  1. 01Add it to your care. Opt in at any counseling session; +$20 is added to each session while it’s active.
  2. 02Reach out between sessions. Send a text, a photo of the plate, or a voice memo during support hours, when a meal or moment feels hard.
  3. 03Get guidance back. Maggie replies within the response window with clinically grounded next steps; bigger topics are carried into your next session.

Not for emergencies. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Packing tomorrow’s school lunch and she says the sandwich is “too much.” Swap it or hold steady?

Hold steady on the plan. Keep the sandwich, and pack the snack she chose last week beside it so something feels familiar.
