Services Offered at ATX!
At ATX Nutritional Counseling, we are passionate about the work we do, from individual nutritional counseling to public speaking and professional collaboration. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, high-quality care to every person and organization we work with. We are incredibly grateful for the clients and professionals who trust us to walk alongside them in their journey toward healing, growth, and a more peaceful relationship with food.
Here is an overview of the services we provide:
🥗 Nutritional Counseling
We offer both individual and family nutritional counseling sessions that focus on exploring your relationship with food and your body, providing evidence-based nutrition education, and developing personalized nutrition goals. Our approach is collaborative and compassionate, meeting you where you’re at and supporting sustainable, long-term well-being.
👩⚕️ Professional Supervision
Maggie provides professional supervision and case consultation for clinicians working with eating disorders. She offers guidance on cases across the spectrum of eating disorder diagnoses and also provides supervision for clinicians pursuing their Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (Iaedp).
🎤 Public Speaking
Maggie is available for live seminars, workshops, and speaking engagements on topics such as general nutrition education, intuitive eating, and eating disorder awareness. Maggie has been a featured speaker for a variety of organizations and podcasts, including Breaking the Cycle Radio, Mindful Health Georgetown, and CTEDS, where she shares practical and compassionate perspectives on nutrition and recovery.
🍽 Meal Support
For individuals who would benefit from additional support in the outpatient setting, we offer both virtual and in-person meal support sessions. These sessions provide a supportive space to practice nourishing your body, build confidence around meals, and work through challenges that can arise during the recovery process.
💬 Group Counseling
We also provide group counseling opportunities designed to foster connection and shared support. Groups may focus on topics such as body image, intuitive eating, and support for individuals with ARFID. Group settings allow participants to learn from one another, build community, and practice new skills in a supportive environment.
